Different Exercise

In the last century, there was a slogan in China emphasizing the importance of exercise for a healthy life. Exercise does indeed promote blood circulation in our vessels. However, it is necessary to acknowledge that not all types of exercise are equally beneficial. The effectiveness of exercise depends on an individual's condition and age.
Engaging in intense physical activities can strengthen our muscles, while more relaxed exercises like swimming may have a lesser impact on muscle development. Consistency is key in exercise; daily practice yields results, whereas sporadic or inconsistent exercise will not lead to significant improvements.
Exercise contributes to physical strength but does not guarantee a longer lifespan, as longevity is influenced by various factors unrelated to exercise. Interestingly, individuals who adopt a lifestyle similar to that of a turtle, characterized by stillness and calmness, tend to live longer. In contrast, mice, known for their fast movements, have shorter lifespans of only three to four years. To pursue longevity, it is better to embrace a more turtle-like approach to life.
