Slow, Slow, Slow

When traveling to other countries, we often choose to take a plane to reach our destination quickly. Similarly, when traveling to other cities within our country, we may choose to take a faster train. However, there are certain situations where we need to slow down. For example, when crossing a road, we must wait for the green light. And when eating, we should eat slowly to aid digestion and prevent choking.
As the old saying goes, "You can sail a steamer safely for ten thousand years if you are careful." This means that being careful is of the utmost importance. In fact, the Titanic, a steamship that sank in its maiden voyage in the last century, is believed to have been traveling too fast.
Therefore, it is important to exercise caution and take things slowly in all aspects of life. This includes speaking slowly, which can help us communicate more effectively and avoid offending others.
