Minor Illness, We Cure Ourselves

If we have cancer or diabetes, we must go to the doctor to seek a cure. However, for minor illnesses, we can cure ourselves. For minor illnesses such as a cold, headache, or weakness in limbs, it is not necessary to go to the doctor. We can simply rest in bed and self-cure. Doctors may sometimes exaggerate an illness to show off their expertise and earn more money.
In Hubei, China, there is a ninety-year-old man who has never seen a doctor in his life, yet he lives well. Actually, medicine is not always beneficial; it can cure one illness but harm other parts of the body. To avoid getting sick, we must live a healthy life by getting enough sleep, eating a balanced diet, and engaging in suitable exercise.
Many people get sick nowadays because they live unhealthy lifestyles, such as excessive drinking, smoking, and lack of sleep.
