Raw Fish

For thousands of years, the Japanese have been eating raw fish, known as sashimi. Other countries do not have a habit of eating raw fish. But in recent decades, people all over the world have started to enjoy sashimi, including the Chinese.
Raw fish is delicious and has the best taste among foods. However, if we take a closer look, we can see that the Japanese only eat big fish as sashimi. They do not eat small fish because they contain poison in their internal organs, while the muscle is safe to eat. Japanese people only consume the muscle of big fish, which is free of poison. This is why we don't hear about Japanese people dying from consuming sashimi.
Therefore, if we consume animals as food, we should only eat the muscle and avoid the internal organs to ensure safety. The Chinese have historically been poor and have consumed animal organs as food, but Europeans do not typically eat them.
