Health From Sleep

It is an undeniable fact that our health is entirely dependent on sleep. Without sleep, we would die. Below are some examples:
In Alaska, dogs are used for transportation work. They work the whole day and sleep on the open snow ground at night, even when snow is falling. Despite this, they are incredibly strong and never fall sick. It is the power of sleep that enables them to resist the cold weather without any cover. Their sleep is truly remarkable.
Turtles are always in a state of sleep. They can live for over a hundred years, and their heartbeats are very slow.
As humans, when we are sick, we go to the hospital, where we are given a bed to sleep in, along with medicine to cure us. However, the power of sleep cannot be overlooked. It is vital in our daily lives. Sleep should not be neglected, as only through sufficient sleep can we lead a healthy life.
