Three Kinds Of People

In this world, there are three kinds of people in terms of character. The first kind only says but never does anything. The second kind silently does but never speaks. The last kind says first and then does.
Of course, we cannot trust people who only say but never follow through with their actions. They are the ones who fail in society. The silent group, on the other hand, is trustworthy because they do what they say without the need for words.
The last kind are the leaders, who speak first and then act. We trust these people to lead society. However, they are under pressure because once they have said something, they feel responsible for fulfilling it.
Therefore, it is better to be a person who does rather than just talks. Such a person has no responsibility. But, to ourselves, we must speak first and then act to be successful in our own right.
