Written For old Agers

A few years ago, there was a programme on old people in the Chinese Central Television Station. It showed how three elderly persons lived. The first one was an eighty-eight-year-old woman. The second one was a ninety-three-year-old man. The third one was a ninety-nine-year-old woman.
The station chief asked how they managed to live to such an old age. They replied as follows:
The first old woman said that she only ate vegetables every day, and that's how she had lived until now.
The second ninety-three-year-old man said that he only walked slowly for two thousand steps every day, and that was it.
Finally, the ninety-nine-year-old woman said that when she was ninety-three, she entered an old man's house, and ever since she only drank warm water and ate warm food.
But if an old person wants to live long, he or she must be able to take care of themselves in their daily life.
