Stretching

In one book, it was mentioned that if you could pull your body tendon one inch, you could live ten years longer. We do not know whether it is true or not, but one thing is certain - stretching tendons is beneficial for the body. Stretching tendons can improve blood flow and aid in the digestion of harmful materials in our blood vessels. However, stretching tendons is not easy. In the beginning, it may cause pain and lead to doubts about whether it is necessary to stretch. For young people, whose bodies are naturally flexible, stretching may not be necessary, but for those over forty, it may be beneficial. As people approach middle age, their actions may become slower, and stretching can be helpful. Once you begin to stretch, fifteen minutes a day is enough, but it is important to avoid stopping for multiple days, as this will not provide any benefits.
