Blood Circulation

Blood circulation is very important for our health. Based on the heart pumping, our blood can run non-stop. Through blood circulation, our body remains soft. Once blood stops circulating, our body immediately becomes stiff, leading to death.
To ensure good circulation, we must first protect our heart. With a healthy heart, our kidneys and stomach will also function well. A suitable exercise is necessary to promote good circulation. We cannot lie in bed to achieve good circulation.
Young people can play football, basketball, and middle-aged people can play tennis. Older people can only engage in gentle exercises such as walking. Due to a decrease in strength, older people must walk slowly. If they fall down, it can be a big problem and even lead to death.
A king of the Ching Dynasty once said, “Feet get old faster than our body.” It is true that we must take good care of our feet.
