Mouse Can Save Human

In a certain area of a mountain, there was a coal mine. During lunchtime, the mine workers would put bread on the ground.
One day, a reporter visited the mine and asked why the workers purposely put bread on the ground. The workers replied that in the mine, humans and mice were friends. They depended on each other for their lives.
It was because when the mine had a leak of poisonous gas, the mice would be the first to detect it and quickly run to the exit. The workers would then follow the mice to the exit, and many tragedies were prevented by the mice.
It has been proven that the reaction time of a mouse is faster than that of a detection machine, which is usually slower than the mouse. Mice cannot live long, only living for two to three years, but they have a high birth rate and can cause a big nuisance for people.
