How long can a human live?

The lifespan of every individual varies. Some die young, while others live long lives. We do not know what the normal age for dying is. As far as the Chinese are concerned, the average death rate is around eighty-five years, with ninety being rare and one hundred being even rarer. It is a natural cycle of life that when a person reaches over eighty years, their body becomes weak and begins to deteriorate slowly until death. You do not know what illness may befall you; it is like an old car, where you do not know which part will break down.
However, if an elderly person wants to live longer, they must maintain good health and be able to take care of themselves. If they have to depend on others for help, their life may become painful. But, most elderly people do require some form of assistance. If you can take care of yourself, you may be able to live up to ninety years without any major health problems, or you may pass away at any given moment.
