Thin Trees

Many many years ago there was a village somewhere, where lived two old persons. They like to plant trees.
One lived in the east another in west. But they have different way to grow trees. Therefore, trees two sides are different.
Old man in west liked to water the trees every day. It is therefore all the trees are of green leaves and flourish.
East old person entirely neglected the trees never watering since the tree begin to grow. Than all the trees were thin and leaves yellow.
One day a big storm came, when the storm was over, flourished trees all gone falling to the ground. Thin trees stood straight.
Such signs give scientist to study the reason. After months of study, they found out the reason.
It was that the root of the thin tree grew down to few hundred feet away and fat trees’ root only few feet deep.
