Difficult To Reduce Weight

Nowadays all over the world the people are facing fat problem. It is so easy to get fat, but to reduce fat so “Difficult.”
The problem when we eat less weight lower. Then we eat normal immediately. The weight backs more than before.
Such reduction will repeat and repeat again. The answer is: “Weight still same.”
But fat is bad to health and for young people it is not good looking, finally many people give up to reduce.
Only strong determinant people can keep normal, weight and a standard figure. Most of us surrendered before difficulty.
We need eating without which we cannot live. But how to control our eating is our will power and determination.
To say easy to do difficult, but with persistency we surely can control our weight.
