Sit

Since we were born to this world, we live our life in “Sit” “Sleep” Stand”. Most of our time is on “Sit”.
But, some religious people have special way in “Sitting”. We Chinese have “Buddhism” “Taoism”. They have their way to sit to prolong their life.
Western people have their way to sit, called “Meditation”. While in sitting people can think quietly about anything, past and future.
Whether you take Chinese way or Western way, sitting is good to our health. In sitting we shall have peaceful mind.
While in sitting, our breath will be very quiet and peaceful. Breath is the proof that we are still alive.
“Sitting” do not be too serious, we just sit as it is. Forget the reality, enjoy the peaceful moment of “Sitting”.
If we have life, seize the moment to sit. Let us think of anything about past and the future, also to let our mind to wander in the sky of cloud.
