Work And Result

In every thing everybody works hard, to get a good result. But, sometimes even we work hard result still poor.
It is due to the destiny of different person, that people get bad result even he is a very hard working person.
But, as long as we are a hard working person, the result will appear mostly good. How can you have a good result without work.
For example, two young man started their own company. Ten years later, one has a big company, one still small.
But, these two are all working hard. It is that they have different wisdom which makes their result different.
Sometime, we see two restaurants next to each other. One is full of customer, one no customer at all.
It is due to the ability of the owner, producing different result. But, still hard work is the key point.
