Life Style

Everybody has life style, somebody go to bed earlier, some late. Some sleep less, some more.
It is that our body’s cell is accustomed to our daily life. If we do not follow, we will be sick.
Some retired person. When they work, they were in good health, but after retirement, their body turned to be weak.
Many people have more sickness and some get dementia. They love in a very unhappy life. It is because their life style changed.
There are some people who work at their home. Health of those people are not good. It is because they do not have enough activity.
If you want health, you have to balance rest and activity evenly. Keeping life style every day.
Nowadays many middle-aged person like to travel. But due to their irregular life in journey, most of their become sick when returning home.
