Habits

Everybody has the right to do things what he likes. By doing every day he becomes a habit.
Good habit brings happiness in his life, bad ones suffer him every day to his end.
What is the good habit, such as to rise early and do exercise, eat balanced food, time use well. That is good habit.
Bad habit is such as to sleep late, play mahjong every night, drinking heavily, with drug and gamble.
Somebody like dangerous actions, such as car racing, climbing cliffs, riding wild ox, and jump from sky.
Such exercise brings abnormal happiness but, when one day they have accident they regret forever.
At that time of regret, it is too late. They have to be a crippled person forever until they die. Be careful to select habit.
