Sleep

Sleep is so important to our health. If we have no sleep for one week, we may be near to death. If we have a good sleep in night, we shall have high spirit in the next day, if not, we shall be dizzy whole day.
Short of sleep will bring you many different kinds of illness. We cannot work well, worsening our health. Young man will not work in good spirit, middle aged have more illness and old people will die earlier than their age.
Young man may not pay serious attention to sleep, but middle-aged men will be difficult to face heavy burden of responsibilities if short sleep. It is not good to eat sleeping pills if we cannot sleep. Sleeping pills may be effective in the beginning, but no effect afterward.
Sleeping pills have poison contents. Eating regularly will hurt your brain and destroy the power of memory.
