Muscle

Many people neglect the importance of muscle without which people will be easy to get sickness and old people die early.When you go doctor who only told you how to cure your illness, never mentioning muscle.
Ever the sport teacher who will tell you to train muscle but he himself does not know what is the essential of muscle to body.But in our life, if we have muscle, we shall have no minor illness, and for old people, his death date is much delayed. How to protect muscle, it needs some knowledge. For young people, muscle is natural with their body.
Only middle aged need to train muscle by exercising, such as swimming, bowling, badminton, tennis and any exercise of less strong effect.
Old people will lose muscle quick. They do not have energy to exercise. Muscle disappeared slowly until one day they lose all muscle and die.
