In the book store, we can find many health books, the contents of which are most unnecessary. It is because that the author want to earn more money they have to write more words for their income. Many readers cannot find what is the key points in the books, thus wasting reader’s time to learn nothing.
Too many books are of no use to us. One good book is enough to guide our health. But, even the writer does not know how to write a good book. The key point is to live a decent life. As long as our life is regular and in discipline, sickness will not fall upon us.
Sleep is important. No matter how busy we are, sleep is essential. Without sufficient sleep, any illness will attack us. Second is eating. It is not necessary to eat expensive food, such as abalone, shark fin, and so on. We just eat many kinds of normal food.
