Long Life Factor

Some people, though not many live a long life. Even they themselves do not know why. It is because they live a regular discipline life.
They sleep early get up early eating balance food. Do not eat unnecessary food. Life on schedule.
Few centuries ago, there was a person in England who live up to 152, attracting the attention of society.
England King invited him to be guest in the palace. In it was busy every day, dinner and dinner by many nobles.
After he left from palace, only in a few days time, he died. It was that sudden disruption of daily life shorten his life immediacy.
Holding a life discipline is a key principle to life. If we control our, sleeping well, eating well, we shall not have any illness.
