A Hundred Style Exercise

This a hundred style exercise is not a kind of Kung Fu. It is only for keeping a good health, not for fighting purpose. There is no fixed style, but a style created by your own. You can do any style at home, or at garden, or any place.
Such exercise is only for your health. You fix a style according to your physical condition and your age. Any style which can softer your body and make your blood circulation quicker is good exercise. But, once you find an style to fit you, you must do it every day, non-stop or which will give no benefit.
You can do a style of stretching as yoga, soft as TaiChi brave as judo, Kung Fu as Shaolin or peace-sitting a Taoism. To say fundamentally: as long as you select a style, and practice every days. Through years you are the master of it
