Preventing Illness

If you are young people, you do not have to prevent any illness. But, once you are middle-aged, you are to be careful illness.
For old persons, preventing illness is the first thing to watch. It is a sign that your days to die is nearer.
After sixty, your brain and muscle is not so active. The function of brain will be slower and muscle weaker.
So, you have to talk more with people to practice your brain and do more exercise to keep your muscle.
When old, you have more time. You need to pay more attention to your body. Do slow exercise of any kind, suitable to you.
Especially you must try to smile. Smile is to help you sleeping longer to which old people must watch.
But, if you live a decent life, away from night life, drink, smoking, illness will be difficult to visit you.
