Stretching

In one book, if you stretch tendon one inch, you can live ten years more. We do not know whether this is true or not, but stretching is surely good to our body.
Yoga is popular in the world. The basic action is to stretch your body more flexible.
You do not need to have a teacher, to teach you stretching. You just buy a book which can teach you ample knowledge to stretching.
After stretching, we can feel our body loose, relaxing comfortably. Especially, when we fall, our body reaction is very quick.
But, do not do stretching after a full eating, which will affect our digestion and also do not take a bath of hot water.
The best time to stretching is in the morning at which time stretching is to have result better.
If your body is not flexible, stretching will surely help you very greatly.
