Rope Exercise

This exercise is so simple, costing nothing. Just with a rope, you spring up your feet, exercise is done.
If you spring up your feet with rope every ten minutes a day. Your muscle will be strong and hard, preventing illness of any kind.
Your leg will be very firm and your blood circulation will be much smoother, feeling your body comfortable whole day.
But, it is only easy for young people, for middle-aged, time should be short, for early old age, rope exercise must be careful.
For very old age, you cannot touch rope exercise, or it will hurt your heart which is dangerous to your life.
To our life, leg muscle is important. Only rope exercise can help. But we need to do it every day, better in the morning.
As long as you keep on continuously, you shall have good result in your health, less illness of course
