Keep Our Body Strong

In one country, seventy percent of female people over seventy cannot lift a weight of thirty pounds and thirty percent of male also cannot to do so.
It is because they overweighted, and they also lost muscle. Once a person has no muscle, he cannot do anything of weight.
When a person is old, he wishes he can take care of himself, but to this he needs muscle, or it is difficult to do so.
But to have muscle, you need daily exercise, without which you will lose your muscle and only bones to support your body.
Once you have only bones, you cannot support your body. You will fall frequently and to the worst falling to death.
Stretching is one of the ways to make your body strong. One book said that if you can stretch tendon one inch, you can live ten years more.
If you fell tired going to supermarket that is a proof your muscle gone. You need more exercise.
