Sleep

Years ago, there was a Japanese doctor who published an article about sleep. He said sleep was not only to resume our fatigue, but to cure our body.
When we are hurt inside or outside our body, only sleep can cure it. That is why we go to the hospital which is the place to sleep.
He said that before sleeping, drinking and smoking should be avoided. You could drink milk or eat a banana to help your sleep.
But, do not use alarm an clock to get up. Get up naturally. You must make a habit of getting up in time or near times.
Sleep is a cash habit. You cannot sleep more than seventy-two hours or your health will be greatly hurt.
Short sleep will make you fat. Once your sleep is not enough, you have to eat more to recover your energy.
The best way to sleep is to walk ten to fifteen minutes before you sleep, as fatigue will help you to sleep.
