Never Till You Are Eat Full

If you are young, you eat less which makes you slim. Especially to the ladies who regard slim as their first aim in looks.
If you are a middle-aged person and you eat less, you can feel healthy physically, reducing illness of many kinds.
If you are an old person, eating less is a must to help you live longer. For an old person, digestion power is weak. Eating less is the best rule.
But to eat less seems easy on the surface, but practically, it is difficult. Everyone will eat more when good food in front of him.
For a fat person, eating less is the only way to reduce fat. It will bring you high blood pressure and so many unknown illness to overeat.
Monks in Shaolin Temple which is famous not only in China, but to some foreign countries too, eat breakfast and do their monk’s lesson. They eat much at twelve. They practice Kung Fu in the afternoon. They never eat dinner. That is why they are strong and their Kung Fu is known to the world.
