Heavy Weight

Few years ago, one university in Europe announced that to carry a heavy weight as exercise is good for our body.
They tested in a patient who all the year sat in a wheel-chair. They forced him to walk with a weight of ten pounds, then twenty pounds. After three months, the patient could walk independently without wheelchair.
The article did not say the theory of the test, but the reality is that the patient can walk.
It is a test which we can try for everybody. By carrying a heavy weight, our leg muscles in the become strong, our spine strength increases, our shoulders stubborn.
With such a strong body, we are surely to escape from any attack or illness, proving the power of heavy burden.
But you have to do it continuously. As long as your physical condition can endure, you have to do it every day until the day you are unable to do it anymore.
