Walking

Walking is the best exercise in our daily life. We can walk slow or fast, even if we can’t run, depending upon our energy and age.
Young people can run, middle aged can fast walk, but for old people slow walking is the best walk.
Of course, to get effects, you have to walk a longer time. Five or ten minutes, not enough, thirty minute or one hour is good.
Walking makes our blood circulation run fast, enabling blood vessels to be wider, preventing sudden blockage of blood vessels.
Running is good for young men, but for middle aged, care should be exercised, or disaster may fall upon without any regn.
Many many years ago, an American who was a fast runner, wrote a book to teach the public how to run.
Ironically, he died on the street when he was running. His heart suddenly stopped because of his over running.
