Body Weight

If we are middle aged or reach old age, we must watch our body weight carefully, everyday.
For an old man, if his weight increases he will have high blood pressure, which will cause blood vessels to be blocked.
Therefore, we have to reduce our weight. The way is to stay hungry. Hunger can cure every kind of disease and keep us healthy.
To reduce your weight is not easy. Even though hunger is the quick way, extreme hunger will cause our body to be up-side-down in many ways.
It is important that in every meal, we must eat less to reduce our weight slowly, not to eat much fatty food or fried food.
If we only eat until our stomach is seventy percent full, we shall certainly be in healthy condition. Hunger is the best cure.
There are a few cases that young ladies, in order to keep beauty, eat very much less than they need. They die in ignorance.
