Actions After We Speak

In this world, there are three kinds of people. First kind says but does not do. The second kind never says, but does. The third kind acts what he says.
Of course, we know that the first kind is a failure. The second kind belongs to a moderate group. The last kind are the people who will be successful.
We must never be the first group who only says, on the group that acts silently. It is difficult to be a person who speaks first, then takes action.
We must be a person of responsibility, otherwise we will be just like a small boat floating in the ocean, going in an endless direction.
If we float in the sea without direction, how can we be successful in our life? We must have firm goals.
We must supervise ourselves to do what we have said and planned. Then, others will respect us if we are a person of words and action.
