Sleep

Everybody knows that sleep is very important to our life. If we sleep well tonight, tomorrow we shall have a good spirit.
On the contrary, if we cannot sleep well in the night, we shall have no high spirits to live our life.
Loss of sleep way cause us many troubles, low immunity, greater appetite, and poor health.
Young men’s work efficiency will go down. Middle aged folks will get older quickly, and old people will accelerate their death day.
We should pay serious attention to sleep. But, good sleep is not easy to achieve. We need a good system of decent life.
Sleeping medicine can help us to sleep, but the consequences are bad. Sleeping medicine has some poison to a certain extent, which is bad for health.
In our life, one third of our time is in bed. It is necessary that we should live a proper life and keep good sleep.
