Limits

When we do something, there must be a limit. Surpassing it may cause danger, or even your life. We must be careful.
Therefore, it is important that we must control our limits, especially in big affairs. We must be very careful.
Many athletes, in order to surpass their competitors, will exercise their bodies past their limits. It is why many athletes will appear wounded and die.
Even if we are not athletes, we still do some things past out limits. The most common thing we neglect is food. We usually over eat.
With tasty food, we usually eat more than our stomach can bear, and by the consequences we struggle with many illnesses.
Especially in winter, it is good if we do not drink much. But, once we adhere to heavy drinking, it causes liver and blood pressure issues.
Exercise is important for our health, but it must be controlled not to be over the limit, or we shall suffer in consequences
