Exercise And Sleep

Exercise and sleep are closely connected. No exercise, you cannot sleep soundly. Without sleep, you have no energy to exercise.
Exercise has a different standard. If you do not sleep enough you can only do light exercise, or you have to sleep enough to do heavy exercise.
What the heavy exercise? Exercise such as football, basketball, squash and so on. Barrington, golf and tennis belong to medium exercise.
Light exercise includes tai chi, yoga, pingpong, swimming and walking. You can do it even sleep is less.
Most important is about the age. Young men can do heavy exercise, middle aged do medium exercise, old men light exercise.
Still, middle aged must be careful. If sleep is not enough, do not do much exercise or it will make you sick.
For old people, never exercise if sleep is not enough. It can only bring you bad consequences if you do exercise without enough sleep.
