Do Not Eat Until Full

When we eat each meal, we had better not eat to fill ourselves. We must give our stomach some space for rest.
If we eat to a full stomach, our stomach shall be much hurt. Then, many kinds of stomach illnesses will appear, thus causing our whole body to be ill.
Everybody wants to be healthy. The first thing is to watch your eating. Less intake at each meal, and eating more frequently is the best way.
When our eating is controlled to our limits, the fat in our stomach will be very much less. Our whole body will be comfortable.
Fat is absolutely no good for our body. It makes our body fat and clumsy, and our actions slow.
For middle aged people, fat will bring more illness. Some strange illnesses will be difficult to cure.
It is necessary for us, especially old people, not to eat till full at every meal, to achieve health and long life.
