Monkeys In the Himalayas

Himalaya is world famous. In a mountain near Nepal, there lived huge amount of monkeys. Below the mountain there was one village, living few thousand villagers.
For centuries monkeys never come down to steal food from villagers and villagers never went up to mountain to cut trees. They lived peacefully together.
One day an old man came from outside, he found the village beautiful to live. He rental a house from villager and stayed.
After a year, the old man told villagers that he had ways to turn stone into gold, by saying some special words, but in saying the words you can never think of the monkeys in the mountain.
The old man showed them the way how to turn stone into gold. He did successfully in front of the villagers. He would teach them free of charge.
All the villagers were so happy that they learned the way how to get stone into gold, but all failed because they thought of monkey in the mountain when playing the game. But, they complained themselves for thinking of monkeys.
Actually, the old man is a magician and psychologist. Later the old man left the villager, leaving this gold game uncovered.
