Delaying Aging

Everybody must be old, must die, but we can delay our aging for five or ten years depending on how we have struggled about our health.
A man of eighty can have an energy similar to seventy. This can be done by our own efforts.
But, you must prepare to start from forty. That means you have to be very careful from that age living a decent life everyday.
The way is simple, but you need persistence. You shall not have night life. You need ample sleep and eat balanced food, with suitable exercise. Besides you must have peacefully mind and more important, you must have enough money to support your life.
One thing we may not notice that we should not compare with other people. Whether others are better or lower, that is their business nothing to do with our own. We just live our way.
To delay aging, you cannot stay in the sphere of thinking, you must take action. First, you should not fear the coming of old, but bravely face it, trying your utmost to live a healthy life.
