Exercise And Rest

Exercise and rest, which is important? The answer is that rest is important, After exercise, especially stronger exercise, we need rest or we shall be sick.
Strong exercise means that such as Marathon or climb high mountain, we, of cause, will consume our energy greatly. We must refill energy to our body.
Last century, one American famous runner, who wrote a book to describe the good of running, died on the street suddenly one day.
It is because his running exhausted all his energy and finally hurt his heart which caused his death in running time.
Many sport men, who struggle hard in order to get good result. When retired severe illness came to their body.
It is that he suffered many wounds outside and inside his body. It will not be shown out unless your age is older.
We need exercise, but we shall never forget rest. For older people, exercise less and rest more should be more safe to his life.
