Different Exercise

Ten years ago, there was a very popular saying by Chinese people: “Life depends on exercise because exercise make blood to circulation which is the basic of health.
This is correct in principle, but not entirely so. Exercise is good, but not surely. You have to watch sleep, eating at the same time.
Different age of people shall have different kinds of exercise. Young people can have football, basketball, middle age, tennis, badminton, etc. Old people can only have slow exercise such as Taiichi, mild speed walking.
But, exercise must be done every day. If you do today and take rest for few days this is of no use to make your body healthy.
After exercise your appetite will be good which is the only way to make your body healthy by eating different kind of food.
Sportsmen health is good while they are young, but they do not live long life. It is because they suffered wounds in the sport days which shorter their life in old.
