Eating Sashimi

For thousand years, Japanese has eaten sashimi as their culture. Other countries do not like to eat raw fish.
But, in recent decades sashimi has been getting popular in many parts of the world. People of the countries other than Japanese begin to eat sashimi as a delicious food.
It is that sashimi is delicious. But, behind, we must notice that Japanese only eat raw fish meat from big fish, not the inside part. For small fish, they will cook. It is a tradition of no particular reason even to many Japanese.
But, the meaning is great. Meat of a big sea fish has no germs whatever. Poison only contains in the inside parts, such as kidney, heart, gall, stomach, etc.
Raw meat of big sea fish is safe almost one hundred percent. But, river fish is dangerous which contains poison even in the meat as river fish eat very unhealthy food.
Still, we shall not eat raw fish too much or we will have chance to suffer a disease when our body is weak.
