Forgive Is Great

In the Second World War Allied forces won the war, Germany surrendered unconditional. Thus, the war ended.
In Russia, one day there were twenty thousand war prisoners, removing from one camp to another.
When the prisoners walked in row in the road. Many women stood on the road sides, crying and scolding because their husbands, sons were killed by the German.
Suddenly a women appeared from the road, asking Russia supervision permission to speak to German prisoners. Request was granted.
But, instead of speaking, she produced food and gave it to one soldier who, by such sudden action, knelled down before her for his guilty.
Such action infected all the prisoners who all knelled down for their guilty in the war.
This of course was a worldwide news at that time and from this we know that forgive is great.
