Written For Old People

Not very long ago, there was a programme in Central Television Station in China, in which few old persons were invited to show in the programme. One is eighty-eight year old woman, the second ninety-three old woman, the last one ninety-nine an old man.
The station chief asked them how they live to such long life. The eighty-eight woman said that she liked to eat vegetable every day. That was the way she lived up to now. As to the second, she said that she liked to walk every morning almost two thousand five hundred steps continuously.
To the ninety-nine year old man, he said that he liked to drink warm water every morning, and also warm food, taking mild exercise always. Unknowingly, he now was ninety-nine.
Actually, they did not have any secret to live long. They eat and live a life as we do, but they keep a regular life daily.
Mostly people who die early are those who live crazy life, eating and sleep in very unproper way. The result is that you cannot live long.
