Stretching One Inch

On one book which said that stretching one inch more can live ten years longer. We do not know whether it is true, but we believe stretching is good to our health in every respect.
In our common sense, stretching can make our blood circulation smooth which is just like streaming water, moving all the time.
To stretching is not easy. Yoga is a kind of stretching in organizing order. But, yoga needs teacher to teach you, you cannot do it by yourself.
What we do is to stretching yourself freely in any style, which, if you do it daily, it will do good to your health in great extent.
Stretching makes our body flexible, especially to old people. If old one practice stretching everyday, chance of falling will be less reduced. By record death of falling to old people is in quite high ratio.
