Blood Circulation

To our health, blood circulation is the most important. Many kinds of illness will fall upon us, if our circulation of blood is not smooth.
We see water in a pond is dirty with many worms in it. But, a streaming water from mountain is so clean that we can drink.
Our beating in heart makes our blood moving. That is the circulation of our heart. If heart stops beating, we shall be dead.
Once our blood stops circling, our body will be like as hard as a stone which can never be turned to life again.
Blood circulation comes from exercise, young men can take strong exercise, such as football, basketball or squash.
Middle age can take badminton, tennis or some sort of exercise which are not extremely strong, mostly in the jams.
Old people are to be more careful. They mostly do taichi exercise or walk mildly. Important things to watch is to keep heart beating slow.
