To Get Rid Of Fat: Difficult
In this century, world is peaceful, no world war, material plenty. Now, everyone is facing to get fat.
Fat is a thing everyone does not like. Ladies will lose slim if fat and middle age men shall suffer more illness. Old people will die sooner.
With a determination to reduce fat, five or six pounds may not be difficult. But the question is that once you go back to normal eating after weight down, your weight comes back slowly. That is the headache to everybody.
In recent decades, there is a way to reduce weight and to certain extent it is quite successful. That is to stop eating for sixteen hours.
For example, if you have a lunch at two o’clock, you shall have no dinner and have your breakfast at six o’clock or more in the morning.
By so doing, your weight shall come down slowly and firmly. So far to now, the method seems practical.
