Sitting

When we were born, we live a life sleeping, sitting, and standing. It's all natural. Some people study qigong, some study meditation.
Way of sitting has different styles, some relaxing, some in a stiff mode. Everyone can sit in any style according to his own liking.
Taoists sit attentionally. Buddhists sit silently. Some rules are quite troublesome, depending on each person’s liking.
If there is a chance, we can spare some time on attention to our sitting which should be good to our health.
When we sit quietly, we can breathe evenly, as long as we have breath, which is a proof the we are still alive in the world.
Silence is not necessary, we can sit at any time, at free style. Sitting silently can help ourselves acquiring wisdom.
If we have time to sit silent, it would be an enjoyment in our life. We can see little flower, in the narrow space of the mountain, or looking up to the sky to see the world.
