Healthy And Long Life

The above is important to everyone at any age. A child needs good health to grow and an old person needs it to live on.
Former Kings asked their minister to search long life herb to help king to live long. The King has power to do anything to last his life. But, on the contrary, most Kings died before seventy, very few to eighty, no one to ninety.
There are many healthy books in the book shops. But, the contents are mostly the same, nothing particular to guide you how to get a good health.
The following five points can be your guide to your health.
1. Sleep enough
2. Eat properly
3. Keep Stomach smoothly
4. Peaceful mind
5. Adequate exercise.
Surely, if you observe the above, you will be, even not long life, a healthy person.
As how to apply these five points into action, it will depend upon yourself. Since every person has a different circumstance, a different background, we can only choose what we are able to do.
