Health & Long Life

Everybody needs a healthy body without which we can do nothing and must depend upon others to take care of us. It is the most important to keep our body in good, healthy condition.
When we are old, we wish to live long. Especially the kings in ancient days, wished to live ten thousand years, but, instead, they died before average normal age.
A good healthy person acts fast, eats fast, walks fast, speaks fast, and falls asleep fast. They are energetic, optimistic, and knowing how to rest every part of body properly. That can be called a healthy person.
To live a long life, based on that you do not have to work, you must be able to take care of yourself in your daily life. You have to live a decent life without helping from others. Such long life is beautiful.
Dream is good to your sleep. When you are in dream, it is a proof that you are in sleep. Lying on bed without dream does not mean that you are in sleep. It is better to have dream.
