Our Body Clock

Body clock means our habit. Everybody has habit in our life which either good or bad will influence our healthy condition.
We shall live happily under the habit everyday. If suddenly our habit change, young people will be no problem, middle aged may be sick, old may die. It is because germs in our body do not like any changes.
Many retired people, after retirement think they can enjoy their life more freely, not necessary to go to work at fixed hours. But, on the contrary, they feel more unhappy at home and nothing to do after they get up from bed is a great mental pain for no reason. Their health turns to be inferior.
Somebody likes to work at their home. Mostly health of those people is not good. It is because that they are too free to live their life at home. They may work two hours today and work ten hours tomorrow, no one supervise them. No regulate in life is not good to health.
Old people are better to keep a regular life at home, never traveling, which will shorter their life mostly.
